Nov. 6-8, 2026 Richmond Pickle Party
Join The Richmond Moon Market, Gallery5 and the Richmond Arts District Business Alliance for a pickle festival like no other!
Kicking off At the First Friday Block Party November 6. We’ll gather the community, dressed in green, for a pickle parade through historic Jackson Ward. Outside, artists, food trucks and local brands fill out the Richmond Moon Market along the Brook Road corridor. Downtown businesses, theaters, restaurants and hotels will come alive with special events, tastings, thematic menus, history, art and learning in partnership with local artists, culinarians and educators.
This pickle festival is designed to bring people downtown and celebrate all things pickle in wild and wacky ways! Whether you own a restaurant and want to make a pickle-themed dish, have a cool space and want to host a workshop, or want to get dilly with pickle decor and photo ops. We want to know how you want to be involved!"
Gallery5 is partnering with the Richmond Moon Market for First Friday, Richmond’s premier event celebrating the arts! We’re closing the street and lining the block with local artists and vendors for a spectacular outdoor, night market and block party in historic Jackson Ward and featuring , local artists and vendors, food trucks, performers, and more. We love original, unique and unexpected creators. We want to build inclusive community, support local makers, and create space for learning and solidarity. No jerks allowed.
Be sure to get there early to catch all the wicked goodness! **************** RVA First Fridays is always a FREE community event! THANK YOU AND WELCOME TO THE PICKLE PARTY!
